Well, as everyone knows … hunting season is upon us.

We started the season with excellent success with our dove hunts!  We have had an enormous amount of rainfall during this past growing season and are very excited about the quality of our whitetail for the 2008 season.

September 1, 2007 was our 3rd year anniversary at Dos Plumas Ranch.  Thanks to all who have visited with us!   We especially want to thank those who have referred others to us to experience a hunt at the Dos Plumas Ranch!  It’s because of your support that we are able to continue to grow and offer more to our guests.   We are always growing and making improvements. 

For those of you who haven’t visited yet, we finished our new lodge in July of this year.   In addition, our fallow deer and blackbuck antelope have been growing the past 2 years and are now trophy quality.  At this time, our fallow and blackbuck are bow only but our future plans are to expand the exotic area to be able to offer exotic rifle hunts.   We’ll try to post at least weekly to keep everyone updated on the happenings at the ranch.  Continue to visit our new website often to stay up to date on Dos Plumas news!   We look forward to a great season!
